These terms govern the use of the website ultrasolution.ca (the “Site”), operated by Ultra Solution inc. By browsing the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Site presents our outdoor maintenance services on the South Shore of Montreal for informational purposes. We strive to keep its content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or complete. Service descriptions, photos and content may change without notice.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the Site are indicative ranges, provided to give you an order of magnitude. They do not constitute a firm offer. The actual price depends on the assessment of your property and project.

• A firm quote is only valid once provided in writing after assessment.
• Submitting a request through the form creates no contract or obligation on our part before the mutual acceptance of a quote.
• Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Performance of services

The precise terms of each engagement (scope, schedule, warranty, payment terms) are set out in the accepted quote and, where applicable, the service contract. In case of discrepancy, that contract prevails over the content of the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, logos, the “Ultra Solution” brand, layout, photographs of our work sites) is the property of Ultra Solution inc. or used with permission, and is protected by applicable laws. The reclaimed-wood pieces shown on the Site are credited to our partner Vallières Atelier.

Any reproduction, distribution or use of the content without our prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
• attempt to disrupt its operation or security;
• mass-extract its content (automated scraping) without authorization;
• submit false information through the form.

7. Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, Vallières Atelier's). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Ultra Solution inc. cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, from content errors, or from a service interruption. This limitation does not apply to warranties set out in a signed service contract, nor to anything the law does not allow to be excluded.

The processing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, compliant with Quebec's Law 25.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of our head office, in Quebec.

11. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with its update date. By continuing to use the Site, you accept the amended terms.
