Ultra Solution inc. (“Ultra Solution,” “we,” “us”) places great importance on protecting your personal information. We only collect the information necessary for our purposes. Depending on your interaction with us:
We do not collect any sensitive information (health, online banking data, etc.) and never ask for your social insurance number.
We never use your information for other purposes without your consent.
By sending us your information (for example via the quote form), you consent to our using it for the purposes described above. Non-essential cookies are only enabled with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by changing your cookie preferences.

Some of our providers (notably Web3Forms, Twilio and Cloudflare) may process or host data outside Quebec, including in the United States. We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described, or to meet our legal and tax obligations (generally up to 7 years for client records). When the information is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it.

Our services are intended for adult property owners or managers. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 14 years of age.
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its consequences, keep a register of incidents, and notify affected individuals as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or to regulations. The update date appears at the top of the page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
